India CMG is focused on quality and operational excellence and is constantly challenging and refining its business model to ensure proper support of marketing processes, services, and deliverables in the United States. Mission of CMG is to support, augment, and complement marketing efforts of Deloitte through the development of marketing and business development materials and services.
Work you will do
Technology CoE is recruiting an analyst for Alumni Relations, as part of their team that interfaces with variety of teams within the CMG group and the firm.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Data Management and Cleansing:
Establishing data management standards, procedures and best practices while data cleansing, data wrangling and data mapping
Ability to quickly analyses the data and bring meaningful insights using advanced excel or MS-Access skills Data Reporting & Analysis: Ability to handle large datasets and present reports which is easy to comprehend the client’s requirements. Ability to showcase data insights through pivots and visuals that can help the stakeholders in business decisions. Data Governance and compliance: Ability to quickly familiarize the data compliance rules and regulations to ensure analyst group is adhering to the same. Identifying discrepancies in meta data and coming up with resolutions. Ensure high data standards, accountability and ownership Project Reviews and Management: Ensure utmost data quality across team deliverables and accuracy SLAs are constantly met and exceeded
Foster an environment of team building and supporting peer group as and when required, without impacting own bandwidth Professional is expected to take up additional responsibilities in identifying gaps between dataset, learning new technologies, collaborating with other teams and ensuring the process is optimized or streamlined using technical tools like Alteryx or VBA methodologies
An Analyst is regarded as a Business Information Specialist or Go-To person within the team.

Stakeholder Management: Ability to get on a quick call with US Stakeholders and resolve any client queries to ensure the success of business. Partners with the stakeholders to ensure requirements are optimized and implemented efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with business objectives
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders Ability to work across business areas to perform data sanity checks and make relevant follow ups to update CRM database within the given SLA. Monitoring the mailbox and ensuring projects are acknowledged by junior team members within 24hours
Skillsets required:
Problem solving and analytical thinking Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Excel and Access). Excellent presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills Should be a team player fostering an environment of learning. Experience with any CRM tool would be an added advantage (Salesforce or ServiceNow experience a plus). Capable of working quickly, regularly, independently and ensuring the completion of team’s deliverables and self projects.
Ability to stay motivated while working on regular deliverables while working towards the overall business objective.
Educational requirements:
Any Graduation Degree
Professional qualification (MBA) from a reputed institute (Preferred)
A successful candidate will also have the following preferred skills:
A self-starter and strong team player with highly developed personal and professional ethics Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements
Good behavior and attitude to work and learn new processes will cut an edge over others
Strong analytical mind and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment while working across teams or analyst group.
