Job Description : Job Responsibilities: (Not Limited to the below)Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processesRecruit through HR and train personnel and allocate responsibilities to perform admin duties in school.Assess staff performance and provide guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the organization to facilitate other business operations as well.Manage schedules and deadlines.Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation in coordination with Finance.Oversee facility services of the organization, periodical maintenance activities and updation of report (in terms of “ADMIN MIS”)Organize and supervise school / office admin activities / event planning / guest support / grievance handling in coordination with HR.Ensure operations adhere to policies, procedures and regulations.Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments for effective implementation throughout.Candidate should be willing to work in administration of education domain.Candidate should have experience in Office Administration, Manpower Handling, Security Management, Vendor Management, Facilities Management, Supply Management & Housekeeping, should be able to handle the Purchase of items, Asset Management, Fees Management, Team Management, Time Management & lead the entire team.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹9,084.00 – ₹50,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
