Job Description : Overview:
UiPath is currently seeking a Business Analyst. This position will drive the design, implementation and delivery of management reporting and analytics package leveraging Salesforce, BI software (Tableau), and Office 365 / Google Workspace. This position is also responsible for report rationalization ensuring metrics are consistently defined, calculated, accessed, and for identifying opportunities for enhanced reporting automation.

Reporting to Director, APJ Sales Strategy and Operations to support go-to-market planning and provide analysis. Your responsibilities would include data analysis and you will closely partner with various central and regional stakeholders to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting processes, reduce risks and redundancy, while improving timeliness, quality and delivery.

You’re a Business Analyst with experience driving insights to support revenue growth and strategy. You love making sense of large amounts of data to discover new efficiencies and areas of growth and prioritization. You’re highly analytical and detail oriented.

What you’ll do at UiPath:
Drive dashboard reporting and analytics for various business partners.
Design best fit reporting dashboard solutions against desired requirements, addressing KPIs across various functions
Provide data analysis, identify key trends, and prepare reports to assist decision-making regarding revenue / business growth and resource allocation
Collaborate with subject matter experts, system admins, data stewards and others to ensure the accurate collection and analysis of reporting requirements, including new data requirements, reporting layout and system integrations
Understand, gather and collate relevant information from multiple reporting databases in order to respond to various ad-hoc requests from internal users
Review and validate data as it is collected ensuring high quality in deliverables.
Make recommendations for changes in approach, rate-cards and other tactics that can drive greater results
Translate business data into digestible information and reports that continuously improve business results
Communicate findings effectively, follow up on deliverables, and manage various stakeholders
Develop executive level presentations that analyze business and sales activities and achievements
What you’ll bring to the team:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Finance or equivalent specialized training/certification
2-5 years in Business Analyst or similar role within Sales Finance, Sales/Business Analytics, and/or Strategy Consulting
Analytical mindset with a passion for data and yet ability to see “the big picture”.
Superior attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results
Strong technical and analytical skills:
the ability to run complex reporting from existing databases (prior experience with Salesforce, Clari would be a plus)
the ability to analyse complex data, identify trends and present key information to stakeholders
Strong experience with data input and output systems such as Salesforce (Tableau preferred)
Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint required (SQL preferred)
Problem-solving approach and results oriented
A self-starter with a proactive attitude who seeks out opportunities
A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with changing priorities
