Job Description : Summary:

HighRadius follows a “Two-in-a-Box” model where a Solution Principal (SP) and a Account Executives (AEs) are responsible for identifying and progressing new opportunities through the sales cycle with the prospect/customer.
SPs are a part of the front end sales/ account management team at HighRadius and works closely with the AEs in day-to-day interactions with the prospect/ customer.
The Director – Solution Engineering will be responsible for leading a team of SP/SSPs/POD leads for a particular sales segment and delivering ARR targets for the sales segment he/she is responsible for

Essential duties of the position:

Lead a high-performance team of solution principals targeting enterprise net new customers in one of the sales segments for the North America region
Day to day management of SP team – Includes pipeline/deal review and coaching within sales cycles
Ensure the team effectively leverages sales tools, playbook & systems effectively
Provide value in complex negotiations & the closing of business for highly critical calls in very big accounts and large million $ deals
Participate in the hiring and training of new employees to the Solution engineering team

Desired requirements:

Sales/Presales leadership experience in advisory, IT, BPO, SaaS organizations with an established track record of success.
Team management experience
10+ years of sales experience
Ability to build excellent relationships with internal teams including Marketing, consulting, Operations, products and work in matrix structures
Order to cash/Accounts Receivable/F&A/Finance transformation knowledge would be an advantage
Experience in working with North American or European customers in a consultative sales role would an advantage

Strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts
