We’re an astonishingly diverse bunch with shared values and looking for talented individuals excited by our vision and ready for an adventure!*The Role*We are currently seeking a Financial Controller to join our rapidly expanding London based team.You will be an experienced Financial Controller, with a hands on, can do attitude. We are looking for someone to own the Finance function, be diligent in their approach whilst also have the ability to deliver accurate reporting and financial insights to tight deadlines. You will have experience of consolidating International entities, owning the full audit process and ensuring tax, payroll and benefits are always completed in an accurate and timely manner. You will challenge yourself and your team to always keep improving and be confident in your own ability to deliver to the highest standards.*Major Responsibilities*Full ownership of the Global financial accounting processes, P&L, Balance Sheet and all reconciliations.Preparation of the monthly Financial reporting pack.Currently managing a team of 3, with the expectation you will grow the team to scale in line with the business growth.Analytical reporting and financial insights for both the Board and internal departments.Key input into the annual budget process and strategic financial reporting.Full responsibility for Annual Audit compliance, to IFRS Standards.Global Tax returns and HMRC Compliance including Share reporting.Monthly Payroll preparation and benefits reporting.Owning and ensuring compliance of finance policies, including revenue recognition, travel & expense, and procurement.Ensure we have robust systems and processes in place to keep pace with the business growth.Setting up new entities, working with third party local providers, to ensure full local statutory compliance.Working closely with Departmental heads, to ensure the finance function provides world class support to the business and is able to operate efficiently.Key AttributesEssential:Significant post-qualification experience (ACCA, CIMA).Be hands on, working with and managing a highly motivated small team.Demonstrate an ability to always complete month-end processes and reporting to strict deadlines.Experience working with and consolidating International entities to IFRS Standards.Experience managing an Audit process to completion, ensuring there are limited and non-material items reportable to the Audit committee.A technical grasp of all statutory Tax reporting and R&D Tax credit claims.A proven ability to scale a finance function and encourage personal development.You will have worked in the Technology sector.Strong revenue recognition experience.Experience working with 3rd parties to ensure local statutory compliance in current and future legal entities.Ability to support the business in making commercial decisions to aide growth.Nice to have:Exposure to investors.BenefitsAs well as the opportunity to work on projects that you enjoy in an environment you’ll love, we like to look after our team members at Concirrus.
