Job Description : Grove HR, a KMS Technology, Inc. affiliate, is looking for an intern to assist our ever growing team with discovery research and competitor analysis. This internship is remote and exclusively open to students residing in India who are pursuing a Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field.
Requirements
In this role you’ll:
Display and further develop excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills.
Work with our product team to assist with product discovery research and market/competitor analysis
Work with Product Managers by using data to understand our customer behavior and performance features; be data-driven in estimating the size of impact and determining prioritization.
Gather insights on product adoption/improvements, track KPIs, identify key metrics, and propose further iterations.
Successful traits:
Excellent time management skills
Proficient in Excel, Google Drive, and Google Docs
Great organization skills
Able to keep information confidential
Ability to work with individuals in different countries and time zone
