Job Description : Growth Marketing Specialist Your role will focus on on strategizing and driving the execution of growth-marketing initiatives with scope as below: 1. Being the key contributor to team-level strategy and OKRs2. Analyze and validate data to validate assumptions & hypotheses of product development needs that unlock exponential growth opportunities and measure successes.3. Strategize and drive the execution of initiatives that support marketing growth strategic objectives within the acquisition funnel.4. Build and drive the implementation of growth-marketing experimentations within the acquisition funnel and product platform experimentations roadmap.5. Create effective documentations of experimentation design and initiatives platforms such as AdWords and Facebook, CRMs and Email Automation helping the team deliver campaigns and lead generation targets.6. Develop insights and learnings to foster the growth marketing impact further.7. Rapidly formulate features or product solutions that address both user and business needs.8. Drive the execution and iteration of product platform growth initiatives, digital prospecting, and remarketing campaigns.Job Requirements1. Have a good Marketing and Product Performance analysis (A/B and multivariate experiments)2. Demonstrate strategic thinking ability while also being a great executor3. A great communicator and team player (you will work with the cross-functioning marketing teams, such as SEO, social media, paid ads, product marketing, etc)4. Have 1-2 years experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or marketing strategist.5. Familiar using mar-tech tools such as Google Analytics, Clevertap, Branch, Mailchimp,Google Optimize, etc.6. Have experience in working at a fast-growing tech startup7.
