Join us as a Software Engineer, Designer, Developer, Technical Lead – Development Manager/Technical Architect

What you’ll do
As a Software Engineer, you’ll design, develop and deploy applications capable of meeting and exceeding the anticipated load, performance and availability volumes, including load balancing, performance testing and benchmarking.
You’ll be working within a feature team and using extensive experience to engineer software, scripts and tools that are often complex, as well as liaising with other engineers, architects and business analysts across the platform.
You’ll also be:
Producing high quality software which adds value to the business
Working in permanent teams who are responsible for the full life cycle, from initial development, through enhancement and maintenance to replacement or decommissioning
Collaborating to optimise our software engineering capability
Designing, producing, testing and implementing our working code
Working across the life cycle, from requirements analysis and design, through coding to testing, deployment and operations
The skills you’ll need
Minimum experience of development projects of medium to large size, with 3 to 10 years of experience.
Expert in Core Java, Restful API, SprinbootMicroservices or ReactJs
Should have designed, developed and implemented at least 2-3 medium to large scale projects from end to end.
Develop solution design by working with group of desigers.
Assist Solution Architect with technical architecture, Implement requirements in accordance with the technical design.
Ownership of delivering a module/project.
Work on complete agile lifecycle – Analysis, design, implement, deploy and handover to support.
Estimate, plan and deliver technology solutions
On time delivery of assigned module/project with right quality and fully meeting requirements will be the critical success factor.
Appreciation of offhost technology with working experience in interfacing with APIs and Webservices.
Appreciation of knowledge messaging technology with working experience.
Should be able to take technical decisions in the project for estimation, technologies, performance benchmarks, scheduling tools etc.
Evidence of mentoring/support of junior developers.
Proficient in estimation and planning/scheduling
Proficient in SAFE agile delivery. Scrum/SAFE certification is added advantage.
Appreciation of offhost technology with working experience in interfacing with APIs and Webservices.
Appreciation of knowledge messaging technology with working experience.
