This role will report to the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager and it will be highly cross-functional.About the Role:This role is part of the Growth Marketing team and is responsible for creating strategic messaging to help guide users through their Quizlet journey. You will own campaign strategy and execution across several owned channels, including in-app messaging, push notification, and email. This is an extremely collaborative role, working across teams such as Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Creative, Data Analytics, Legal, and Customer Support to create a seamless end-user experience. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage several complex projects across different teams and timelines.In this role, you will: Develop and execute strategic campaigns across email, push notification, and in-product channels to increase user engagement and subscription revenueUtilize qualitative and quantitative data to conceptualize new customer journeys and nurture campaignsLaunch measurable A/B and multivariate testing across campaigns; continually optimize campaigns, automations, and workflowsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Product and Product Marketing to create a cohesive, relevant customer experienceActively monitor, optimize, and report campaign performance on an ongoing basis to ensure campaigns are meeting target KPIsStay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor programs and propose innovative tests to help reach target conversion goalsWhat you bring to the table: 2+ years of experience in marketing, product, or a related fieldExperience with marketing automation or CRM tools (e.g. Braze, Iterable, Marketo)Strong editing and copywriting skillsProcess-orientated, with strong project management skillsAbility to analyze email and web metrics and generate hypothesesKeen attention to detailAbility to work independently across multiple projects and timelinesExperience collaborating closely with other teams, such as product, engineering, and legalBonus points if you have: Ability to write liquid logic, SQL, and/or HTMLExperience marketing a B2C subscription productBraze experience strongly preferredCompensation, Benefits & Perks: Colorado candidates: Base pay for this role starts at $87,000.
