Job Description : We are currently hiring an IT Product Manager to join our team and be responsible for the product strategy & roadmap.Your responsibilities will include:Analyzing product performance and redesigning as requiredDesigning, developing and managing activities from product definition & planning to production and releaseDeveloping the product strategy and roadmapManaging prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance, and post-launch supportWorking cross-functionally with design and technology teams to ensure timely and quality release of product/ enhancementsYou possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related fieldYou have a strong background in software engineering as well as prior experience in product managementYou have prior experience in managing a product throughout its lifecycleA project management certification (eg. PMP) would be a plusYou possess strong problem solving and prioritization skillsYou have excellent interpersonal and communication skillsYou can work effectively with cross functional teamsDrive the development of product features and enhancements; constantly refine priorities to ensure alignment with business needs.Communicate and manage priorities, requirements, plans, and project status with key stakeholders throughout the organization.Led the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative new consumer products combining data, design sense, and empathy towards Nightfalls customers.Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.Define success metrics for each initiative and ensure adequate instrumentation, measurement, and analysis to inform product evolution.Collaborate with engineering and design to plan, build, and launch features; facilitate communication, organization, and task management from concept through launch.Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹505,158.00 – ₹2,000,080.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Technical Product Managers & Owners: 3 years (Preferred)total work: 3 years (Preferred)
