Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Product Owner superstar to join our Retail – Digital Tribe. This key role will be responsible for the life cycle of a product from inception through to development, launch and support.
You’ll be the central point for analysing and managing requests from internal business stakeholders, external vendors, taking ownership for the agreed solution and manage the delivery process including development tasks, data and other inputs necessary to resolve problems, communicate business solutions and document new processes.

What are you going to do? You will be…
Maximising business value through ordering and prioritising the product backlog features and stories.
Owning and sharing both the product or service vision and the product roadmap on behalf of all business stakeholders.
Working on the mobile app, online banking feature rich roadmap and delivering as per the roadmap milestones.
Working closely with the Digital and Delivery team, to ensure that the team understand the product backlog and can effectively plan for sprints.
Working with User Experience, Product, Marketing, Customer Intelligence, Architecture, identified business stakeholders & the delivery team to gather requirements, identify customer personas, validate insights, and develop Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope.
Deepening the team’s knowledge of customer needs, motivations, and behaviour to influence designs that contribute to a rewarding customer experience.
What are we looking for? Someone who has…
Experience in microservices based architecture, mobile app, online banking.
4 years’ experience as a Product Owner or product management within a highly complex banking/technology based agile environment.
5 years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst within a highly complex technology based agile environment
Record of accomplishment of achieving business objectives through product releases.
Self-leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and lead a squad.
Sound data reasoning skills and the ability to make decisions with the capability to influence stakeholder expectations and ensure optimal outcomes are achieved.
The ability to challenge ideas constructively and suggest possible solutions who is comfortable with being held accountable for results.
