Our Team
The Infrastructure team helps shape and deliver Finantier’s vision of being the leading Open Finance platform across Southeast Asia. We design and develop infrastructure that pushes our development to new operational improvements, automation, and beyond. We have a commitment to excellence, and pursue high-impact outcomes through rigorous testing and collaboration.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and analytical professional to join the Infrastructure team as an DevOps. As part of the Infrastructure team, this role will contribute to initiatives globally but with a focus on automation across multiple functional teams in Indonesia (Product, BD, Marketing, etc.) This is an exciting, fast-paced position that directly contributes to the entire company’s growth and success. The role has high visibility across senior management, and requires strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, as well as interpersonal and operational skills.
The Responsibilities
Run Finantier’s infrastructure using Kubernetes in AWS and Google Cloud Platform
Implement security mechanisms and defensive systems
Use infrastructure as code technologies
Run monitoring and alerting systems
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Be on an on-call rotation schedule to solve live issues and keep Finantier’s platform up and running
Collaborate across multiple teams to address their needs in terms of compliance, product enhancements and performance
Maintain internal and public documentation about our products and services

The Requirements
Computer Science degree or equivalent working experience in a similar position for +4 years
Prior experience working with AWS, GCP or Azure
A plus if you have prior startup experience or previous working experience in a Fintech or SaaS company
An advantage if you had the chance to work with highly scalable distributed systems.
Intellectually curious, highly analytical and loves to problem-solve
Comfortable with giving and receiving constructive feedback
Able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across functional teams
Detail-oriented, big-picture thinker with comfort with “blank paper” assignments
Excellent communication skills both in English and Bahasa
