We’re looking for Engineering leaders with passion for technology, love writing code and like to build large scale data products. Candidates should be self-driven and motivated with the desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven agile environment with varied responsibilities. Candidate should be willing provide technical leadership and mentoring to a small team of highly talented and motivated engineers to deliver the solutions with highest quality.
Primary responsibilities:
Architect, Design and build scalable, reliable, secure and high performant multi-tenanted SaaS solutions.
Work with engineering leaders and architects/senior engineers to design system architectures for challenging software products in Customer Marketing.
Work closely with a team of engineers to drive design and execution
Work seamlessly in an individual and team settings on cutting edge technologies towards innovation on commerce products across different device platforms
Participate in a culture of learning and iterations through product/architecture/design discussions and code reviews
Work with Product Managers to create Product roadmap, own technical backlogs and ensure solutions for technology supremacy.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a small team of highly talented and motivated engineers to deliver these solutions with highest quality.
Driving various organization wide activities like Hackathon, Ideathon, brown bag sessions and technical blogs
Minimum requirements:
B. Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering or related fields with at least 12 years of experience in related field
Expert in design and development of distributed applications, large scale SaaS solution using appropriate design patterns.
Built robust, scalable systems using Java, SQL/NoSQL, event streaming and real time processing.
Have experience working with Spark and big data systems.
Expertise in Unit testing using JUNIT, TestNG, Cactus or mock objects
Experience working with AWS or any public cloud.
Experience in DevOps technologies (Jenkins, Kibana, Kubernetes, Docker etc..,)
Well versed with logging and metrics tools and technologies (ELK/Splunk/Grafana)
Strong problem solving, analytic and decision-making skills
Working with rapid and innovative development methodologies like: Agile, Continuous Integration and Daily deployments
Experience in building data products and analytical applications is advantageous
Exposure to AI and ML tech stacks.
Ability to work with distributed teams in a collaborative and productive manner.
Ability to mentor top individual technical talent
