Job Description : Skill-Lync is an exhaustive platform to re-engineer engineering education. The last 2 decades have seen an increasing disconnect between industry and academia – this has resulted in academia not meeting industry standards and thereby students becoming unemployable. Skill-Lync is a Y-Combinator (2019) start-up that is solving this problem at scale leveraging technology and an ecosystem of industry experts, engineer-trainers, and offline centers.
Must have
1. An understanding of product design and how that relates to business strategy.
2. Writing and editing skills to write UI/UX copy that facilitates user navigation, onboarding, error messages, instructional materials, and other pieces of the complete user experience
3. Provide UX writing and content strategy Leadership to the team throughout the product development process
4. Collaborate with designers, marketing, product managers, and engineers. Influence and adapt to stakeholders and their feedback
5. Proactive, Self-motivated team player with a high degree of ownership
6. Prior Startup experience is preferred
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup
