Job Description : Roles & Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
This position reports to the Technical Manager and interfaces with Team Lead (Operations). Candidate will be responsible to assist in maintenance delivery includes Cloud implementation in our expanding customer’s IT environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Active participation in daily IT helpdesk support to understand customer issues in Windows OS, Microsoft Office App, Antivirus, Laptop/Workstation and other office peripheral.
Active participation in daily IT technical support, including troubleshooting in Windows OS, Microsoft Office App, Antivirus, Laptop/Workstation and other office peripheral.
Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with the team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary (2nd and 3rdlevel Support).
Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention.
Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
Participation in providing training to customers as required.
Keep customers inform on the Support development and progress.
Highly customer service driven with excellent planning & organizational abilities.
Report to the assigned Team Leader/Manager during support request.
Provide implementation for cloud delivery such as Office365 and Microsoft Azure.
Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered: 6 months
Approved Training Allowance: Fresh Graduates – $2,100 / Non-Mature Mid-Career Individuals – $2,100 / Mature Mid-Career Individuals – $2,700
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Diploma and above
Microsoft / VMware / Citrix certifications is preferred but not a must
Must have strong Microsoft Server / Microsoft Office365 / Microsoft Exchange / VMware / SAN Storage and Backup products implementation knowledge and skills.
Practical knowledge and hands-on experiences in system troubleshooting and isolation.
Good written and communication skills in English
