Primary Skills

Deep understanding of data related technologies such as SQL servers, ETL tools, data warehouse (Redshift, Snowflake), API integrations, etc.
Understanding of data security, backups, lineage, classification
Familiar with data science concepts, capabilities and infrastructure needed to support data science workloads
Learn cloud solutions quickly through training and documentation to become an expert and provide guidance to the business
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on business needs
Delegate tasks and work with engineers on delivery
Create timelines and detailed project plans for product enhancements, implementations, and upgrades
Be proactive in suggesting enhancements to business processes in the relevant domain
Maintain relevant documentation related to products and processes

Secondary Skills

Experience working in marketing related technologies for retailers such as CRM, Customer Data Platform, Email Marketing Automation, Loyalty.
Worked in a solution/implementation manager role for a cloud based enterprise product
