Job Description : Video Production Specialist
Schneider Electric is looking for a smart, energetic, and creative video production specialist for our growing Digital Lab inside Technical Communication team. In our collaborative, global environment, you will work closely with the Digital studio team, Technical Information Managers and project stakeholders to develop videos that include animations of Product How To videos and technical videos.
The candidate should be able to think creatively and collaboratively with all departments to bring quality work to life through precise, smooth, and timely motion graphics skill. Candidate will be expected to work independently on projects while also seeking out and developing innovative ways to capture customer interests and taking the initiative to advise team members on motion graphics opportunities.
An ability to prioritize workload and thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment is essential for this role. Applicant must be a self-starter with the ability to meet tight deadlines within a high-pressure environment to help ensure products meet program goals and timeline.

Role & Responsibilities
Motion graphics, designing and creating video projects to deliver high-quality motion graphics optimized for video and web
Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process and deadlines.
Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
5 – 8 years Previous experience in corporate video production
Skills
Strong familiarity with industry-standard post-production software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Cinema 4D
Traditional design background
Text, typography and layout skills (preferred)
Working knowledge of DSLR and HD Cameras (preferred)
2D animation skills, 3D animation (optional)
Character Animation. (optional)
A good eye for design, layout and detail
Time management and organizational skills
Strong Communication skills
Qualifications
