We guide each coder along their own preferred learning pathway, so that security-skilled developers become the everyday superheroes of our connected world.‍We succeed through a human approach that uncovers the secure developer inside of every coder – helping development teams ship quality code faster, so they can focus on creating amazing, safe software for our worldAs our newest Business Development Representative (BDR) you’ll find yourself working within our Global Inside Sales team where you’ll use and expand your business development experience.You’ll be a critical part of our customer acquisition strategy where you’ll interface across all levels of a target / prospect’s organisation (CTO, CISO, Ops managers etc) to understand their business objectives and help them understand how Secure Code Warrior can help empower developers to build secure code from the start.We are a fast-growing SaaS business with big ambitions. Your mission will be to expand our exciting product offering to Singapore and Asia Sectors and help us grow in this evolving market.Responsibilities: In partnership with an Account Executive (AE), you’ll develop lists of target prospects.Using your effective introductions and resilient nature you’ll make contact with potential prospects; qualify those leads and set up meetings for the AEs for further follow-up.Make a great first impression with prospects by demonstrating strong knowledge in cyber / application / information security and the Secure Code Warrior value proposition, as well as a deep understanding of our competitors.Represent our brand and vision at conferences, events, industry meetups, and on social media, with a goal to develop interest in Secure Code Warrior.Take responsibility for pipeline growth and forecast accuracy in accordance with targets set by sales leadership.Take initiative in documentation of all activities and business development efforts within Salesforce, as well as leveraging historical information from our CRM to inform your actions.Skills Required: 2+ years minimum experience in B2B sales, must be within cyber, info or app security businesses, or similar.Must be proficient in English (both verbal and written)Ideally have at least one East Asian language (e.g. Korean, Japanese, Mandarin etc). Other additional languages are a plus.A proven history of quota over-achievement.Experience using Salesforce and other sales tools.Experience prospecting and generating qualified sales opportunities through email, phone, social media and any other innovative method.Ability to handle a large volume of inbound leads.Ability to uncover customer needs and effectively communicate Secure Code Warrior’s value proposition.Why Work at Secure Code WarriorYou’re joining us at an exciting stage in our journey, and are key to our future success.
