Chewy, America’s #1 Pet Pharmacy, is seeking a Workforce Specialist I to join our amazing Pharmacy Customer Service team in Louisville, KY! We are looking for team oriented analytical minds who desire to learn and improve the processes and workflows that our organization runs on. This role is an entry level individual contributor that supports CS Operations through a combination of Profile, Seating & Roster Management, Service Avoidance Analysis, Team Member Experience, and support as well as learning the fundamentals of real time performance management. The primary stakeholders are other members of the wider Workforce Management and Capacity Planning Team, operations leaders including but not limited to Leads, Area Managers, Ops Leaders and above, Pharmacist Partners as well as Team Members. What You’ll Do:

Profile, Seating and Roster Management
Time Operations Program Oversight
Drive an Exceptional Team Member Experience
Learn to Execute the Fundamentals of Real Time Management
Multi-site & omni-channel contact center Operations
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Create and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers
Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned
Commit to learning and developing yourself to better Chewy as a whole!
Maintain a sense of ownership, be a self-starter, and have a strong attention to detail, especially when entering pharmacy orders

What You’ll Need:

Demonstrated aptitude working with and manipulating data
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; specifically, Word, Excel, and Outlook (Comfortable working in Excel – VBA, macros, pivot tables, pivot charts a plus)
Comfortable in ambiguous situations without specific direction on how to reach a solution & Critical Thinking Skills
Excellent verbal, written communication with the ability to empathize and deliver clear messaging
1 year working in a customer focused environment; preferably a contact center or pharmacy
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced and changing environment
Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the pharmacy unit
Must bring proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
Obtain and Maintain valid Registered Pharmacy Technician status as required by the State of Kentucky
