About the Job

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, taking appropriate action for each call and ensuring there are no escalations on the service provided.

What you will do:

Answering emails on time ensuring adherence to the process standards
Following up on the customer calls made wherever necessary
Maintaining customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
Attending mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes
Using company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input

What you need to have:

Proficiency in relevant computer applications
Required language proficiency, especially Hindi and English
Knowledge or some experience in a call center or customer service environment
Good data entry and typing skills
