Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Engineer you will part of a project to upgrade, build and optimise a new Data Warehouse / Data Lake combination.

Responsibilities:
Your role will encompass elements of project management to set and drive the product roadmap, allocation of resources and provision of technical leadership
You’ll be working in a technology driven environment utilising the latest tools and techniques such as Redshift, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, Athena and Kafka.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Industry
Proficient in AWS Lambda and working knowledge of AWS S3 and Python scripting
Expertise in variety of integration methods including ETL, virtualisation, semantic, FTP and SOA (etc.) both in batch and near real time Data analysis, profiling & discovery
Expert-level understanding of working with data models
Technical skills required include Python , SQL and ETL experience

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Working in Scrum/Agile is an advantage.
Participate as an active team member, practice effective listening and effective collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to timely, high quality and error free deliverables.
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Proactive in managing issues and problems, comfortable with ambiguity.
