Get to know the Role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance Systems, this role will be responsible for the delivery of Grab’s finance system enhancements and deployments. The candidate will need a strong background and proven experience in the prioritization, coordination and delivery of multiple, often conflicting requests.

The day-to-day activities:
Manage the implementation and delivery of finance system enhancements via bi-weekly sprint cycles to ensure completion of required outcomes and deliverables.
Create, implement and manage project management plans to ensure that all milestones are met using fit-for-purpose project management methodology frameworks
Perform resource planning with internal and external resources.
Work effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, consultants, technical staff and integration leads across discovery, design, implementation, integration and test phases of enhancements.
Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) performed by business and external stakeholders.
Be a driver of change for Finance and Procurement & GTS to continuously improve our ability to serve Grabbers; includes identifying gaps in processes, data lifecycle or new relevant releases in platform offerings.
The must haves:
Strong and deep knowledge in change/enhancement requests lifecycles e.g. config/development, SIT/UAT, release packaging/management within the Financial ERP space.
Ability to make sense and detect impacts e.g. if enhancements are made to a process, what other processes/data points are impacted in ERP.
Understand prioritisation of enhancements e.g. what should come first to avoid risks/impacts.
Ability to build strong relationships and trust with mid-senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple departments. Developed leadership, coordination, motivational, negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
Understanding of the SDLC.
An ability to deal with ambiguity, pull apart complex problems and solve them.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Good to haves:
Experience in Oracle Financials and Oracle Procurement Cloud would be highly desirable.
Knowledge and direct experience with ERP, EPM and finance systems.
Knowledge of COSO & COBIT frameworks
