What will your role look like
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Respond courteously to customer inquiries with detailed and understandable technical steps within SLA
Testing bug reports locally and reporting the same with appropriate detail and testing instructions to the development team
Pre-release QA testing to check for all the possible errors and report it to the development team
Creating documentation for specific features, common questions, errors, troubleshooting, and development tip
Providing support to users on the WordPress platform for our plugins
