The Digital Operations and Technology (DOT) Everyday Banking & Deposits team is responsible for delivering and optimising the digital experience across Term Deposits and Savings products. This is achieved by driving personalised and targeted experiences and best practice conversion across our digital assets to achieve the Digital sales and retention targets.
Do work that matters

As Digital Optimisation Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end digital customer journey for Term Deposits and Savings products, ensuring that we are delivering the best experience for our customers from acquisition through to retention
You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and delivery of real-time behavioural targeting and experimentation initiatives on CommBank, NetBank and CommBank App to deliver to the Digital Sales and Retention strategy. You will work with the Product Development Crew on investment projects to enhance or build leading digital experiences for our customers.
On any given week you will
Develop and forecast the initiative roadmaps for a Deposits product (including gap analysis, continuous improvement, experimentation, on-site targeted marketing and testing) to achieve the Digital Channel Sales objectives.
Own acquisition and retention outcomes of digital assets across Commbank.com.au, NetBank and the CommBank app
Drive End-to-end delivery of key digital campaigns and experiences, including A/B testing and Personalised messaging, from ideation to execution and measurements, using the Adobe Experience Cloud (Target, Audience Manager, Analytics and Experience Manager).
Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting and deep-dive analysis of key metrics and use a proactive mindset to challenge and create opportunities to improve
Develop and execute on a data-driven tactical roadmap for online sales along with key stakeholders across the Deposits acquisition and retention portfolios
Identify and drive key strategic initiatives based on business priorities
Support projects impacting digital acquisition and/or retention experiences for Deposits customers, working with the Product Development Crew

We are interested to hear from people who demonstrate
Experience with conversion optimisation platforms (such as Pega, Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager)
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical and financial acumen – Adobe Analytics experience highly regarded
Proven ability to identify digital optimisations and opportunities for projects
A passion for improving the financial wellbeing of our customers and delivering leading digital experiences
