We are working with our client to seek 2 Digital Optimisation Specialists that will champion data-driven continuous improvement.
This is an exciting time to join this organisation as they undergo a large transformation. The role will be reporting into the Manager of Digital Performance and Optimisation who is incredibly passionate and highly experienced in this area.
You will work in a mature environment with a well-established team of like-minded individuals or “Digital MacGyvers” and will act as the Digital Thought Leader driving best practices in web behavioural analytics.
You will be passionate about and an expert in Google Analytics and will identify opportunities for A/B testing and optimisation and extract meaningful insights. Using A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation strategies, you will drive business outcomes and improve customer’s online experience across their public website, app and authenticated environments.
In this role you will also be involved with:
Reporting and data extraction from digital behavioural analytics platforms (specifically Google Analytics and Sitecore) and formulation of actionable insight that increases customer engagement on digital platforms.
Management and leadership of Web based analytics platforms from setting up tag management directly in platforms to providing detailed tagging requirement specs to development teams.
Development of digital dashboards to promote data-literacy within the organisation and help stakeholders self-serve
Identification of optimisation opportunities and provision of actionable insight to various stakeholders and squads
Establish and drive cutting edge tactics such as website/mobile optimisation, A/B Testing, conversion optimisation, dashboard, and reporting automation.
Engage and consult with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across digital, brand and other parts of the business at all levels.
What you will bring:
The successful candidate for this role will be one that is passionate about optimising websites and experimenting and analysis of data to build
strong websites to improve customer experience.
Minimum of 3 years Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Data Studio experience, including configuration.
Strong understanding of A/B testing principles and experimentation platforms
Demonstrated ability to draw insights from multiple sources of data.
Although not essential it would be very beneficial if you bring working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
