Job Description : Monitor and troubleshoot failed Backup jobs using Commvault Backup, Veritas Backup Exec Backup etc.
Monitor and troubleshoot cloud Backup like Azure Backup.
Manage and troubleshoot various Anti-virus applications (Symantec, Sophos Enterprise, MacAfee, etc.)
1st Level troubleshoot Windows Imaging issues (WDS).
Manage and maintain, troubleshoot windows patching using SCCM, WSUS infrastructure.
Problem determination and resolution within SLA’s with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Produce detailed and accurate technical documentation.
Create, review, update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware(Blade, Rack), server resources, systems and key processes
Participate in team on-call response 7x24x365
