Job Description : As a training and development executive, the prospect should have hands on experience in Training and HR Generalist role. The prospect should work with HR team for Recruitment, Onboarding, learning and development and support employees to develop their skills and knowledge by conducting informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of employees. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and employees in the area of work, must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.Main Responsibilities· Design, develop or update the available medical training contents in order to meet business objectives.· Work closely with management to develop a structured training and orientation program by writing curriculum and creating course materials.· Preparing and conducting multiple trainings for spreading awareness of Company’s brands, products and activities according requirement given by sales team and management· Preparing of all training materials dedicated to different audience and needs of training team.· Conducting Product training for new joinees and existing employees in collaboration with the trainers.· Conducting trainings for the Team – company, product knowledge, merchandising etc.· Conducting an analysis to identify the areas of improvement.· Conducting trainings in Schools, colleges, hostels, women’s working units, hospitals, old age home, institutions etc. on health and hygiene promoting our company products· Cooperating with TZMO Training Group in regards to online trainings – preparing the content, supervising, checking the correctness and making sure the team has participated.· Checking the needs of trainings and working accordingly; follow up after trainings and measuring impact of trainings on sales.· Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of training, teaching and coaching methods.· Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.Other Responsibilities· Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience· Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes· Identify ways to improve policies and procedures· Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives· Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates· Assist the HR manager in Performance management, talent management and succession planning for employee development, retention and career planning.Required Skills/Abilities: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Strong presentation skills.· Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.· Ability to design and implement effective training and development.· Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.· Proven experience as an HR Generalist/Trainer/Learning and development functionGraduate/Master with minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR Generalist role/Learning and development.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:Morning shift
