Job Description : WHAT YOU’LL DO
BCG continues to be recognized year after year as one of the top places to work. In this role, you will collaborate with the Recruiting Digital Marketing team at BCG to bring to life BCG’s people, culture, and career opportunities on social media, the website, and other digital channels to illustrate why BCG is such a great place to work. This paid, semester-long position will support on-going projects and regular tasks ranging from social media community management, content creation, channel maintenance, content scheduling, social advertising, and reporting and analytics. You’ll work on BCG’s global careers social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok) and careers website and will make connections with BCGers from all around the world to source interesting content. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and active social media participant, have an interest in data and analytics, be highly creative, will feel comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously and will possess strong written and verbal skills. YOU’RE GOOD AT
Self-starting and working independently

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and organization skills
Experience managing non-personal social media accounts and/or websites
Passion for working with a diverse network of BCGers around the world
Enthusiasm for data and analytics
Strong proficiency in written and spoken English language
