Job Description : This is an exceptional job opportunity to join UK’s leading translation and Interpretation company TRANSLATION EMPIRE. We are looking for a full-time HR manager for our office located in Bahria Town, phase 7.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ownership of all HR matters across the company from performance reviews to wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role, you should have experience as an HR Manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and adequate knowledge.Job Responsibilities: Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and redundancyApply HR and business knowledge evidencing appropriate decision-making skillsAdvise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practices with them.Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plan to fit with the overall business directionPlan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counseling employees and supervisorsChampion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall visionMaintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and proceduresBuild strong relationships with external suppliers, foster trust, and promote collaborationHandle confidential matters with discretionQualification/Experience: BBA/MBA from a reputed university5+ years of relevant experience in HRMBPO/IT industry experience preferredHR certification SHRM/CIPD (preferred but not mandatory)Excellent English communication skillsExcellent emotional intelligence and decision-making skillsWhat Do We Offer?Excellent remunerationPaid LeavesHealth Insurance (Self & spouse)EID BonusLeaves EncashmentYou can record your initial interview through the given link and then we can proceed further based upon the initial interview.https://app.willotalent.com/invite/G54aD9/Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
