Job Description
Major Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development for all Bosch Rexroth Products for allocated Customers (specifically Distribution and Solution Provider channels).
Develop relationship at multiple level at the customers (C-Level, Buyer, Operational management, Production management, Maintenance management, Head of Engineering, etc.)
Develop effective customer Strategies in coordination with Sales Group Leaders
Develop and nurture sales leads to fill opportunity funnel, ensure healthy pipeline of opportunities to meet sales targets, ensure customer receivables are monitored and collected to be well within agreed targets
Offers technology to address customer needs and value requested in coordination with technical group.
Ensure the coordination of the activities with the support of other Account development managers of the respective region when customer has multiple sites (locations)
Achieve the sales and targeted sales margin of his allocated customers.
Work closely together with Technology Experts, Sales Experts, Sales Managers and other Sales-related functions in a Team.
Increase the Business share for DC with defined and targeted Customers
Select the best choice of technology to fit the customer needs and value in the best way
Customer Potential Analysis for developing new Customers, market scanning, competition trend sharing.
Regularly capture Market trends & plan necessary measures as required

Qualifications
B.E. (Mechanical) with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
MBA (Marketing) an added advantage
Expertise / experience in below mentioned will be preferred.
Knowledge : Industrial Hydraulics , Mobile Hydraulics Specialization : Manufacturing, material handling, heavy industries .
Experience : Sales , After Market & Handling Channel Partners.
Expertise : Industrial & mobile hydraulics Products, Automation products .
