Job Description : Job Description & Requirements
Responsibility:
Provide technical support (onsite / offsite)
Inventory of IT devices
Hardware and software evaluation with testing
Maintain and support IT systems and infrastructure including Cloud-based systems and e-commerce websites.
Participate in CRM and Mobile App development and subsequent maintenance and enhancements.
Assist in process improvements and recommend best approaches for resolving issues.
Handle projects with different functional teams to define requirements and implementation plan.
Escalate and report any emergency cases to different functional teams.
Compile and analyse incidents and determine the areas of improvement.
Conduct IT trainings.
Ad-hoc duties
Skills
Process strong troubleshooting and good problem-solving IT skills in relation to diagnosing and solving both technical hardware / software faults.
Good problem-solving skills in relation to diagnosing technical hardware / software faults.
Possess good communication skill
Demonstrated accountability, crisis management capability and an ability to prioritise
Requirements:
Min Diploma in IT or related discipline
Experience in Project management, UAT, IT and backend support
Min 2-3 years’ experience in IT support and relevant experience
