Job Description : POST MERGER INTEGRATION MANAGER

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are growing quickly! Therefore, we are looking for a hands-on, dedicated, and results-focused individual to play a key role in our inorganic agenda, helping us to build one of the fastest growing startups in SEA.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff (Founder’s Office), the successful candidate will be responsible for managing pre/post-merger processes, including due diligence and integration of acquisitions globally.
S/ he will be expected to deliver from anything and everything related to: post-merger integration, due diligence orchestration, financial analysis (pro-forma), and combined entity budgeting.
This is a group-level role with flexible location across Singapore, Hong Kong, London, Paris, and Frankfurt.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will:

Support due diligence, managing internal experts/stakeholders
Present analysis DD findings and work closely with the Chief of Staff and Head of M&A to deliver a full fledged acquisition framework to the board
Design integration playbooks, including best practices on structuring, financing, and evaluating opportunities
Develop budgeting requirements to execute on integration projects
Collaborate with heads of departments and CXOs to align the org, and deliver a seamless integration process
Develop comprehensive project plans, tying commercial, technical, financial, etc
Coordinate internal and external resources to meet timelines
Work across geographies and verticals, be open to travel
Own the delivery of synergies during the integration period; set up tracking and monitoring mechanisms for performance

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Chief of Staff to founders
SaaS and global leadership teams
Head of M&A

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

5-7 years of experience with post-merger integration within a corporate or a start-up
Experience with complex restructuring projects a plus (a double plus for technology/SaaS experience)
Experience with full M&A process and leading detailed due diligence across finance and tech
Functional experience across different areas of the business is seen as a major benefit
Sophisticated financial acumen and ability to work independently
Sophisticated presentation and stakeholder management, with proven experience with CXO/board-level interactions
Resourceful self starter with an insatiable thirst for self-development
Ideally an MBA with a background in business, economics, accounting, and/ or has worked in a consulting firm on TMT deals
