What you’ll be doing…
Playing the role of an end to end application architect for one of the strategic initiatives on the Network Engineering space, based on business process management / orchestration.
Leading the end to end architecture efforts on the application and the programs on it as well as driving and tracking progress on them and creating reports for executive leadership on the status.
Liaising with the business teams to understand the opportunities on the business side.
Championing the efforts in creating a highly scalable, reusable, and efficient software solution for the business users.
Enabling tools and techniques needed for IT team efficiency and agility.
Working with the enterprise and solution architecture teams to define and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
Performing Requirements Analysis, Planning, Database Management, Data Modeling, Presenting Technical Information, Problem Solving, Strategic Planning, Initiative, Self-Motivated, Data Maintenance, Verbal Communication.
Studying how users consume content, including data categorization and labelling. Meeting with focus groups.
Researching and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
Providing leadership and direction to peers and key stakeholder groups.
What we’re looking for…
You’ll need to have:
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Two or more years of experience as a System/Solution Architect role.
Strong architectural and hands on development experience on Red Hat PAM (RHPAM) and other BPM technologies.
Experience in Full Stack Development (ReactJS/AngularJS, Springboot, Rest API), databases (Oracle/MySQL/PostGreSQL).
Even better to have:
A degree.
Experience with problem solving and analytical skills.
Experience with System architecture, design, infrastructure.
Experience in architecting large enterprise scale applications – know application architecting from scratch, enabling automation in user and IT processes, infrastructure management, testing automation.
Ability to drive the technical domain/system level architecture, design, and also develop in RHPAM and Java based technologies.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – ability to clearly articulate and influence stakeholders.
Willingness to go the extra mile proactively with minimal assistance and ability to work in an ambiguous environment and thrive.
