We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to strategies, define vision, bring scalability through high impact technology-product integrations with pioneer technology partners/start-ups/enterprise clientele to drive million dollar revenue stream and incubating newer domains/use cases to drive Payouts scale. Role requires higher level of ownership, higher bias of action, strategic thinking, strong data analytics skills, good negotiator/communicator, stakeholder management and a eternal drive to learn and innovate on behalf of our customers and corporate partners.

About the Role

Candidate will define and drive business development domain for Amazon Pay Payouts business vertical. As end to end owner, you will work with external partners/corporates to connect with CXO stakeholders to lead, manage & drive closer of newer tech integrations along with their product, tech, finance & business lead stakeholders. Apart from external merchants single threaded owner to manage internal stakeholders along with Tech, Product, Finance, Analytics, Compliance, Marketing, Legal & Business Leaders to improve financial efficiency on Payout use cases. This role calls for an individual to showcase strong business development acumen, technology product sales, technical know-how on tech-products, skills set towards new product development, working closely with product to drive new product innovations to drive revenue scale. This role requires an individual to constantly innovate and learn thereby providing a steep learning curve, adding a fair amount of business skills to the individual.
In this position, you will –
He/she must be an effective communicator and negotiator working with our most important partners and corporate customers. He/she will have strong business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management skills.

As a Sales Associate who is focused on driving sales and customer experiences for the gift cards category in startup ecosystem, you will be responsible for the following:

Drive sale of gift card sales through Payouts channel viz. various startups spread across edutech, fintech, gaming, health-tech, etc.

Manage accounts post sales execution of their order management of respective account
Work towards generating new leads and arranging for meetings with key decision makers

On-board new clients and third party re-sellers for Amazon gift cards, successfully closing complex contract negotiations
Own and cultivate the business relationship with the key partners and corporate customers with a long term vision to make the Amazon gift cards their top choice for any gifting requirement or reward program
Be accountable for driving, measuring, and reporting on key inputs and outputs in Salesforce.com and other reporting systems.
Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers
Having complete understanding of tech integrations to launch new start-ups. Knowledge of different languages Java Script, JASON, Curl, etc
Have basic knowledge APIs, SDKs, to onboard support start-up developers
able to handle entire new startup integration from UAT, Sandox, Prod, Testing & managing tech resolutions for any errors/issues raised.
Strong in SQL, tableau data analytics work.

The ideal candidate will be numbers driven, team oriented, an effective communicator, have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. We are seeking someone with demonstrated history of driving B2B sales and relationship management. An understanding of, and passion for, e-commerce is highly desired.

Basic Qualifications

Key segment owner to define GTM & drive scale with new launches and drive marketing campaigns to increase wallet share within existing accounts.
Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers
Manage Data Automation to bring efficiency in daily reports, structuring Weekly/ Monthly Business Review Metrics.
Manage Tech Integration Launches in collaboration with tech teams

About the team
Payouts business vertical work along with startup ecosystem to bring adoption of Amazon Pay Gift Cards & Amazon Wallet through product-tech interventions. Team diversify it’s presence through entering into newer streams of business like Fintech, Gaming, Edutech, Healthtech, etc. Entire business is driven via product tech solutions to drive scalability with right processes to support start-ups to launch faster with Amazon Payouts.

Business development and Key account management background in business.
Able to manage CXO level stakeholders within enterprise complex accounts, engage with them to drive conversion and handle transition in longer sales cycle.
Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
Data analysis & understanding of querying tools is a plus
Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business. Must be metrics-driven.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
Knowledge of the IN Payments industry
Bachelor’s degree mandatory, MBA/Master’s preferred.
Strong in data analytics SQL, Tableau
Having complete knowledge of different languages like Java, C+ etc to manage tech integrations.
Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
