We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Technical Skills:

Primary Skills:

(1) BizTalk development experience with version 2006 R2 or greater in an enterprise environment. Experience with the following BizTalk artifacts: schemas, maps, orchestrations, pipelines, and, custom pipeline components. (2) Experience with adapters: WCF based (including SQL and OracleDb), MQSC, FTP, FILE, etc (3) C#.Net experience in the context of BizTalk applications (4) MS SQL Server

Secondary Skills:

Basics of ITIL process

Soft Skill: Excellent communication, customer management, interpersonal skill, team management, conflict resolution

Roles & Responsibilities:
5+ years of BizTalk development experience with version 2006 R2 or greater in an enterprise environment. Experience with the following BizTalk artifacts: schemas, maps, orchestrations, pipelines, and, custom pipeline components.Solid understanding of integration concepts and messaging patterns.Fundamental understanding of XML , Schemas, and, XPath.Practical understanding of BizTalk configuration management and deployment frameworks.Experience with hosting and integrating with SOAP web Services andor RESTful services using BizTalk.Experience in authoring queries/DDL using T-SQL or PL-SQL.C#.Net experience in the context of BizTalk applications.Strong analytical skillsOwn the delivery, handle all customer communication, coaching the team in technical and non-technical areasTrain the team in technical aspects, analyze the issue and guide the teamReview the team deliverables and lead the team to meet or exceed customer expectationsForesee the challenges and enable the team accordingly.Assist the reporting manager to meet the organization expectationsEncourage team to cross-train and implement CSI24/7 prod support in various shifts including 3rd/night shift as per the customer demandFix defects, work on functionality enhancement (Change Request(CR))Document requirement, HLD, LLD, Coding, Unit test case, traceability matrix and Go-live documentNeed to do Go live support & post production supportShould possess good analytical skill and work independentlyClient facing, demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to engage at senior level leadersAbility to work on own initiative and within a team environmentSelf-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a consulting environmentAbility to work well under pressure, both as part of the team and on own initiative.Should be ready to learn new technology as per the demand from the customer
