Job Description : iTack Solutions is looking for SQA and Support Engineer who has minimum 1+ years experience in Software Testing having strong understanding of SDLC and QA life cycle using different tools and processes.Location: KarachiThe candidate must have the following skills:Existing experience in Testing ERP including Accounting, Inventory or Payroll Software would be a plusThorough understanding of Software Testing ProcessSound knowledge of API TestingProven experience of Web & Mobile App Testing (iOS and Android)Develop test plan, test cases, use case and other QA/Technical documentsMust be able to talk to customers on support, training and other issuesPerform Smoke, Regression, Black Box, Stress and Performance TestingKnowledge of Web Application Development, HTML, Form validations, etc.Identify product issues and write detailed bug reports during the product development cycleWork closely with the development teamLiaising with customer & team to check the progress of projectsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Rs20,000.00 – Rs40,000.00 per monthEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:SQA: 1 year (Required)Software Support: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
