Administration (System and Tools)
Expertise in tool administration (experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow tools maybe an advantage)Sound knowledge on atleast 2 scripting languages (Groovy, Javascript, VBscript or Python)Experience with BPM workflow ruleset administration, backend administrationExperience on Change management / Development in Automotive sector will be an advantageExpertise on Process analysis and optimization by creating and implementing concepts to improve business processes
Basic project management skills (good analytical, conception and implementation skills)
Tool knowledge
Expertise on any ticketing tool (Remedy or similar tools)Working knowledge on JIRA would be an added advantageKnowledge of any Kanban board related tools would be an added advantage
MS Office (intermediate level)
