Responsibilities:
Responsible for Build and Run activities for Application and desktop virtualization platform such Citrix, VMware and Microsoft WVD
Assist to Build Knowledgebase Articles, Architecture Framework, High-level and Low-level Diagrams for various End-User & Desktop Virtualization products.
Develop, maintain, and audit all VDI related documentation as it relates to architecture, configuration, processes, service records, asset inventories, topologies, administration manuals, job instructions, support contacts, etc.
Provide knowledge transfer and detailed design/operational documentation to colleagues and develop resources to train support personnel to provide Tier I support to end users
Coordinates work with project delivery organization to support the successful completion of medium to large enterprise projects
Work with vendors and management on all VDI related hardware, software, licensing, and service engagements
Participate and facilitate in-depth demonstration of VDI functions and features to customers
Strive to become an acknowledged expert by keeping abreast of new features and product release
To assess operating system, storage and network components of a VDI and provide best practice and required optimization.

Required Skills:
Expertise on one or more EUC technologies
(Horizon & Horizon Cloud),
Citrix CVAD & Intelligent workspaces
Microsoft (M365, WVD & AAD)
DEM, App Volumes ,VMware workstation etc.
Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix XenApp, Citrix PVS, Citrix Director, and Citrix StoreFront.
Citrix MCS, HDX 3DX Pro, NVIDIA vGPU and Citrix Receiver.
Experience in designing and building VDI solutions like Azure Windows Virtual Desktop , Horizon Cloud and Citrix Cloud on Azure/AWS
End user applications delivery and app modernization technologies (e.g App Layering, MSIX App Attach)
OS & software lifecycle management (Windows 10 / O365 / macOS, etc.) upgrades and other major changes …)
Virtual Desktop security & compliance (antivirus, firewall, disk encryption, data protection, …)
Virtual Desktop monitoring & diagnostic using tools
Hands on experience with Security Concepts such as SSL, Kerberos, Certificates, MFA, Identity Management (SSO) etc
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD) infrastructure such as Users, Permissions, OUs, Group Policies, Domain Controller (DC) etc.
Understanding of Network Components (eg DHCP, Load Balancer, Firewall)
Skills (Good to have):

Certification – VCP DTM2021, CC-VAD, MCS-AVD
Should be able to assess existing infrastructure components in the customer environment (AD, CA, DHCP, DNS, Patching, File & Storage, and Network)
Scripting: PowerShell, Python, Javascript, Perl, Shell scripting
Automation: Ansible, Chef, Puppet, CloudForms, SCCM
Experience with public cloud/hybrid cloud/private cloud solutions
Image creation & Deployment (MDT/AutoPilot/DEP)
Software packaging & Maintenance knowledge
Desktops AV/endpoint security Management
SaaS & Cloud Hosting
Very good understanding of deployment tools like SCCM, JAMF, Landesk, Altiris Etc.
Good hardware troubleshooting experience and be conversant with networking protocols and ITIL.
