Position :
Job Description : Should have a total of 10 years of Network operational support/management roles. Should have relevant SDWAN experience of 4 years. Should have supported Network deployments. Should have experience performing Network transitions / transformations Good understanding of procedures, application, and concepts within own subject area.
Liaising with the customer technical representatives
Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer Troubleshoot issues with Network Deployment
Maintain design of LAN/WAN including protocols and routing Troubleshooting critical incidents and problem tickets Identify potential failures and recommend solution Update knowledge base with known errors
Implementation of NGFW PA/Prisma/Fortinet/Checkpoint/cisco etc.
Implementation experience of Zscaler, Symantec in on-prem and Cloud
Leading a team of L1/L2/L3 Network Admins and Engineers for daily operations and projects
Will be responsible for employee technical growth and do performance review.
Technical escalation point for all Network and Security Teams supporting multiple customers.
Must Have Skills:
Network Infrastructure SDWAN technologies like Cisco, Viptela, SilerPeak etc.
Enterprise Network Operations Cloud networking, DDI DNS, DHCP and IPAM, F5 load balancer, Wireless, Routing and Switching
Implementation of NGFW PA/Prisma/Fortinet/Checkpoint/cisco
Implementation experience of Zscaler, Symantec in on-prem and Cloud
Datacenter migration 3 Implementation of security solutions in AWS, Azure, GCP
Experience in implementing infra security technology products Panorama, PA NGFW, Prisma Cloud, Email security in on-prem and cloud Azure, AWS, GCP
Assist with segmentation work, including IP addressing, VLANs and switch configuration
Build configuration of various NGFW such as Paloalto, FortiGate, Checkpoint, Cisco
Working exp on Endpoint protection as Symantec, Mcafee, Trend micro, EDR solution
Skills good to have:
Hand-on Experience in AWS, Azure, GCP
Design and hands on experience to skybox, firemon, Tufin Firewall rule review tool,
Certification in any NGFW: Checkpoint, Cisco, Palo alto, Fortinet etc.
Cloud certification Firewall rule migration using tool and Data center migration
Good experience in security architecture design
Good conceptual and working knowledge around Workflow, Approval process NAC, Cisco ISE, CASB Solution Netscope, Web security technologies as Zscaler, Symantec
