Job Description
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop the overall annual marketing strategy and plans for events held in Indonesia, both physical and digital events
Collaborate and advise the larger event team on customer insights, audience engagement and development strategies
Plan media & PR event, build and maintain relationship with industry leaders to strengthen the brand presence and drive business opportunities,
Organize special events such as seminar, webinar, conferences, and specialty exhibitor promotion campaigns
Manage the marketing budgets for all marketing communication spend and branded collateral, ensure all activities achieved optimum results and ROI
To work closely with event and sales staff to propose business development plan to the valued exhibitors in order to seize the business opportunities
Develop, guide and coach team members as the core people development responsibilities

Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or related disciplines
Minimum 7 years of solid experience in Marketing Communication, preferably with B2B companies
Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to build relationship with different stakeholders
Hands-on while able to demonstrate leadership at the same time with proven experience in people management and development
Creative thinking, responsive to change and able to work under tight deadlines
Excellent language capabilities in English, Chinese would be advantage
