Introduction:
The purpose of the Governance & Reporting Analyst role is to ensure the continued operational health of the bank’s colleague onboarding processes through day-to-day monitoring of service performance metrics, and engagement with onboarding delivery teams to identify problem themes and seek remedial solutions. The role will also be responsible for monitoring new joiner colleague satisfaction with the Digital Colleague Onboarding System, as well as engaging with HR and Technology stakeholders to plan the continued enhancement of the system features and the strategy for further features to be rolled out.
What will you be doing?
Ensuring that new joiner processes are meeting expected standards by proactively monitoring performance measures with service owners (HR Operations, CSO and GTIS) using data dashboards
Managing real-time service issues and themes – tracking issues to resolution and closure
Working with service owners to ensure that all processes are lean, optimised and automated wherever possible, to improve performance
Preparing materials for monthly Colleague Onboarding Governance Forums. These forums are designed to ensure the monthly engagement of relevant HR and Technology team leads responsible for onboarding processes in Barclays, and drive the collective review of formal Colleague Onboarding performance metrics, risks and issues.
Monitoring monthly survey feedback from new joiners about their user experiences with the Barclays Digital Colleague Onboarding System, and how it supports and facilitates onboarding experiences, ensuring that problem themes are raised with HR and Technology stakeholders for discussion at monthly forums, and appropriate solutions established and track to completion
Managing weekly governance and reporting processes, to ensure the timely submission of reports to the management team
Admin tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following;
Recording actions and minutes from all governance and stakeholder meetings
Providing support for stakeholder and business queries on the Colleague Onboarding Process and supporting Digital Onboarding solution.
Assisting in the production of regular performance reports to stakeholders and senior management
What we’re looking for:
University-level degree (Bachelor level) OR demonstrated experience in the requirements outlined within this document
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Stakeholder management skills
Governance, Analysis and Reporting skills
Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills

Skills that will help you in the role:
Experience working within a team environment, preferably within a service team
Experience working in a role requiring frequent stakeholder interaction
Experience working in a role where governance, analytical, and problem-solving skills were necessary
Experience in the business ownership or contribution towards the continual enhancement roadmap of a system
