Requirement is for one of the leading UK based investment bank.
Responsibilities
Responsible for design and implementation of DevOps that covers continuous integration, code scanning, automated testing, configuration management, release management, blue-green deployment, online collaboration, cloud hosting, and system monitoring.Responsible for implementing Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines by working with the development team and SCB Enterprise DevOps team.Champion DevOps innovations by introducing better tools and agile practices.Ensure reports on code metrics (i.e. code quality, code coverage, security scanning etc) are in place.

DevOps and Software Engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Should have a good experience of Terraform & good at setting up the Docker and Docket Swarm capabilitiesStrong knowledge in Microservices Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, OpenShift, Kubernetes, REST API, Spring BootStrong knowledge in CI/CD toolset such as Ansible, Artifactory, Jenkins, BitBucket, JaCoCo, SonarQube, Flyway, Jira and Confluence.knowledge in scripting languages such as Groovy and Linux shell.Knowledge in Integrated Development Environment (IDE) such as Eclipse and IntelliJ IDEA.Knowledge in databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL.Knowledge in automated testing toolset such as jUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, Selenium etc.Knowledge in log analysis tools such as ELK stack, Zipkin etc.Knowledge in Authentication and Authorisation frameworks and tools, e.g. WSO2, Kerberos, SSO, OUD, LDAP, JWT, Spring Security.Knowledge in Workflow Engine e.g. jBPM, Activiti.Knowledge in Server Management, Networking, Virtualisation/Virtual Machine, Docker.Knowledge in Big Data technologies e.g. Hadoop, HDFS, Spark.Knowledge in AWS.
