About the Role
Job location: Hyderabad
Experience : 4-6 years
As an internal Gainsight Admin (Solutions Engineer), you’ll be responsible for maintaining solutions in our internal instance of Gainsight. You’ll work directly with our lead Gainsight Architect to define and implement processes that scale, follow our best practices, and reduce technical debt.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable configuring processes in Gainsight and providing input on the best technical design. In this position, you’ll also have the unique opportunity to work closely with our Product Management team to communicate Gainsight’s internal use cases and provide early feedback on product designs.
What You’ll Do Here
Evaluate external data systems and design requirements to understand feasibility and level of effort.
Using Gainsight tools/modules implement/configure the requirement in a perfect way.
Create custom objects in Gainsight MDA to store data including record identifiers, and apply aggregation functions on it.
Strategically Configure, Test, Document, and educate both Gainsight and Strategic resources on system design to ensure long-term success.
Configure Gainsight application including rules, reports, dashboards, Calls to Action (alerts), playbooks, health scores, surveys, emails, workflow, Relationships
Implement the latest releases in Sandbox and get hands on experience before work on Production Instances.
What We’re Looking For
Strong technical skills are required in the following areas:
Solid data processing knowledge in implementing DW/BI applications using any of the ETL tools like Informatica, SSIS, Talend etc.,
Experience in Complex SQL Queries, Dynamic SQL, Analytical functions, etc.
Knowledge in Query Optimization, Data Debugging, and ETL data flows Tuning for improving performance
Data Analysis and able to do root cause analysis of issues and resolving them in quick time.
