Job Summary: Experience: (10-12) years
Key Role and Skills:
Game Assets Design and Development.
Highly talented and creative professional with expert skills in 3D Modelling, texturing and lighting. Must have strong and proven experience in creating exceptional and high-quality 3D models for Games and virtual/Immersive Reality projects. Must have solid experience with 3D Maya/ 3ds Max, and Adobe Photoshop, Substance Painter. Candidate is required to have high quality artistic and technical capabilities to materially contribute to the design and appearance of the 3d modeled objects and game assets.
Essential Functions of the Job:Collaborate with product team including clients to understand the objective of game design and lead the creative process to design and develop Visual design elements and game artifactsAbility to create 3D/2D Wireframes to ideate and conceptualize and present it stakeholdersIs passionate, result-oriented and a strong conceptual thinkerAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environmentAbility to deliver high quality Visual Design for a Global Audience
Essential Skills Requirements
3D Maya, 3DS Max, Unity 3D2D / 3D texturing experience (MARI / Zbrush / Photoshop)Organic and Inorganic modeling experience including landscapes, vegetation,
Proven ability in modeling and surfacing custom photo realistic 3D props, spaceships and aircrafts, vehicles and environments, Factories, Buildings etc.
Good experience in manipulating Rigged models, Characters and & AnimationSolid Texturing and Lighting skillsExperience with using Lighting in Unity.
Other Requirements
* Good knowledge of Accessibility features, guidelines and ability to create ease of access, understanding and usage. Designs accessible solutions and supports implementation of accessibility recommendations* Works with Agile methods as part of design delivery* Demonstrates an intermediate understanding of the principles, methods, processes and standards of data visualization* Knowledge of design patterns and principles in psychology, navigation, visual interface and interaction Design. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows etc.* Ability to use design thinking methodologies and practices to solve challenges, design new products and services and improve organizational operations, performs research to understand user needs, work iteratively and explains thinking visually.* Ability to create media content designs and graphics to present complex insights and information in a manner that facilitates meaningful storytelling and enhances content quality and user experience* Knowledge of user experience design tools, techniques and approaches. Ability to design and develop engaging user experiences (UX) for a variety of applications
