Purpose of the role
Design/implement the integration of MarTech products and different data sources to achieve data-driven marketing capabilities
Manage the detailed MarTech roadmap and timeline
Support and educate the stakeholders on how to manage marketing automation delivery (EDMs/SMS/Whatsapp) with connected data and real time & personalized communication & offerings to customers
Manage the customer engagement delivery schedule to maintain the optimal engagement level (prevent over communicating / spamming customers)
Plan and implement MarTech workstreams to keep the lights on while the merger of different entities is happening in concurrent. i.e. integrating to available data sources during transition phases till the target stage
Manage the day-to-day schedule for customer engagement and personalization activities.

Operate marketing technology products as project manager, administrator, trainer and advocate for the organization adoption to promote self-serve for business users.
Work with cross-function teams to co-design & deliver automated marketing campaigns and personalized content / offering via marketing automation activities. i.e. email/sms blast, push/in-app notification, personalization, a/b test, etc.
Manage internal stakeholders to ensure they understand/appreciate of data, data integrations and methodology to achieve efficiency over long run.
Monitor and enhance data quality within the MarTech solutions.
Ensure the data privacy, compliance reviews and security reviews of the MarTech solutions used in the organisation
You will be collaborating with different product owners to deliver the Mobile First / Digital First strategy – i.e. mobile app, websites, Dev, UI or UX, digital transformation, customer experience, data science, product development and etc.
Strategic Planning:
Manage MarTech operation, process and documentation, responsible for implementing and rolling out of the MarTech solutions (and the related integrations), including but not limited:
Content management system (Adobe Experience Manager),
Email marketing management software (Adobe Campaign Classic)
SMS/Whatsapp provider (Twilio)
Customer data platform
CRM platforms (Salesforce)
Mobile tracking tools
Data Lake / Data Platform
Driver for integrating or connecting with the marketing technologies (e.g. CRM, Identity solutions, Data warehouse etc); make technical recommendations for key stakeholders to evaluate and decide.
Architect the overall stack and its integration plan in collaboration with the tech and delivery teams.
Make sound recommendations and comparison, work on business case and obtain approval for pilot/experiments, test & learn or implementation.
Plan for full-scale implementation roll-out for solution migrations, the proven use cases and etc.
Requirements
Excellent in solution designing, data sources integration and api integration works.
Good with documentations and drawing integration diagrams to steer and guide the cross-working teams to work on integration and data tasks.
Strong technical knowledge and good understanding of customer behaviours, segmentation and data capturing

Sound knowledge in mobile app, omni-channel MarTech implementation and production support (e.g. Google, Branch.io, Firebase, Insider, Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Experience Manager, SalesForce CRM etc)
Strong communicator to be able to understand both tech and business requirements to connect the dots and deliver the MarTech and data use cases to fulfil business objectives
Good understanding of regulated industry system and compliance requirement to be able to navigate through channels and different function teams to execute the use cases
Quick to action in diagnosing and troubleshooting problems relating to the sales funnel
6-8 years of experiences in MarTech/Adobe or related areas; retail financial services industry experiences will be an added advantage but not compulsory;

Business oriented MarTech and Data expert with a strong project maturity
Good understanding of how connected data & real time personalization influencing customer behaviors in digital world

Self-motivated individual with strong curiosity to challenge status quo and always look out for better solutions in the market and best practices for improvement
Experienced in vendor management and partnership collaboration
Degree in computer science or similar technology disciplines
