OFFICE MANAGER – LONDON ASSET MANAGER
A leading multi-billion institutional asset manager based in New York and London. The firm employs approximately 60 people and is managed with a strong, performance-driven, entrepreneurial culture.
We are seeking an Office Manager to be a critical member of our 8-person London office. This is a multifaceted role with the opportunity to learn and contribute to almost every function in the firm.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
General office management, liaise with building management
Supplier management – general maintenance, copiers, confidential waste and office cleaners
Assisting external accountants in the UK and US with quarterly managed accounts review, annual audits and VAT returns
General administrative duties – answering phones, arranging travel, ordering supplies
Human Resources – Submit employee and payroll documents to 3rd party payroll vendor
Investor Relations and Marketing
Prepare/compile presentation materials o Update client profiles and meeting notes in CRM system
Compliance – Have or willing to acquire the appropriate industry examinations (e.g. IMC) to undertake the relevant FCA Compliance Oversight and Money Laundry Reporting Officer roles for the firm
You will have the following qualifications:
You will ideally be degree educated
Financial service industry experience required
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to contribute where needed
Ability to manage multiple tasks
