ABOUT THE ROLE
Role and Responsibilities
Service Introduction
Lead the service introduction of new Capabilities in Veeva & OCE Platforms and related integration landscape from a GTC operational perspective
Help CSM on service design and rollout
Market pull demand planning with RAM on a regular basis and lead execution
Continuous improvement
Analysis and design of solutions for improvement in the system landscape
Evaluate the improvement solution with partners like Commercial SDC as applicable
Plan and implement the continuous improvements – which can be a result of trend analysis, problem management or ideation
Track and report the effort and benefits to partners
Identify and propose Shift-left opportunities to enhance customer experience
Problem Management
Proactive and Reactive Problem management in the application (s)
Provide root Cause analysis and end to end resolution
Trend Analysis of tickets and requests
Report the effort and benefit to partners
Application capacity planning and reporting
Application Performance monitoring and reporting
Service Catalogue Management
Coordination with partners like desk support, COE and AM SMEs to refine and own service catalogue
Essential Skills and experience
Experience of working in Sales & Marketing Portfolio preferably in Life Sciences Industry.
3-4 years of techno functional working experience in Astra Zeneca Commercial IT CRM – platforms/technologies like Veeva CRM, OCE, Veeva Vault, SFDC
In depth knowledge of Astra Zeneca and Commercial IT ITSM and AD processes
Desirable Skills and experience
ETL/ Integration – Informatica, MuleSoft, SNAP Logic, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL
Lean/Six Sigma certifications and experience, Knowledge of AZ Lean methodology, ITIL Certification
GOOD to have
Any professional Certifications like Salesforce/ Veeva CRM Administration/Developer
Knowledge/Certification on Veeva Vault PromoMats/Medcomms
Certifications in ETL technologies like Informatica, SNAP Logic, Mule Soft
ITIL certification, Lean / Six Sigma certification
