PM Group is a leading International engineering, architecture, project and construction management firm. With a network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US and a multi-discipline team of over 3,500 people, we deliver complex, capital projects in the life sciences, food and beverages, mission critical/ICT, advanced manufacturing, energy and environmental sectors.
Having adopted Power BI and Alteryx as key tools for Finance, we now wish to recruit a new role to accelerate data analytics solutions and upskilling. The role involves hands-on development of automated solutions as well as leading Super User groups. This position is based out at Bangalore office.
:
Design and implementation of automated workflows and dashboards for multiple stakeholder groups, including senior leadership and colleagues.
Co-ordination and facilitation of Super User forums across Finance.
Partnership with colleagues to design and further develop bespoke analytics with insights and predictions.
Ownership of the Finance work-intake process for analytics and data insight requests. Oversee triage and chair ‘go/no-go’ assessments.
Support the implementation of best practices of analytics and insights through knowledge sharing and formal training.
Evangelise the use of Power BI and Alteryx. Show-case solutions; promote lunch & learns; publish a schedule of prioritised initiatives etc.

Experience and desired technical Skills
5 years + experience in data analytics or related consulting. Advanced experience using Microsoft Power BI and Alteryx is a must.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, accounting, or related field required.
Microsoft Excel skills to an advanced level.
Experience of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) an advantage.
Desired Soft Skills
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
Highly collaborative work style and the ability to work closely with subject matter experts, IT teams etc.
Ability to distil large amounts of data and translate analysis into compelling presentations.
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Proven leadership and facilitation skills
