THE OPPORTUNITY
The Advanced Cloud Lead will be responsible for design, lead and execute Cloud solutions implementation for the Refining, Oil and Gas, Chemical, Power and Mining Industries
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the technical delivery of the project right from design to closure from a functional and technical point of view. That is, act as a trusted adviser to the customer on technical matters, ensure designs are incompliance with specifications.
Design high-volume, low-latency applications architecture for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance monitoring.
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
Manage customer expectation and ensure delivery within budget and timelines.
Communicate with internal and external system stakeholders by being able to provide detailed updates (example – explain the fixes made and when it will be implemented), ask project developers and consultants for advices on how to fix reported issues, and report overall system health status (example – proactively report common issues to developers for analysis and recommendations on how to prevent or fix)
Planning and follow the change management process. Preparing Root cause Corrective actions (RCCA) for incidents.
Follow the Company defined standard practices and methods and update document for improvement
Mentor junior employees.
YOU MUST HAVE
Hands on experience in the Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
Azure Active Directory – (Hybrid, SSO) – Must have completed 1 project on Azure Active Directory with B2C or B2B,
Complex Virtual Network- Must have done 1-2 Project on Subscription to Subscription Networking, RG to RG, Azure to AWS
Azure or AWS Virtual Private Network – IPSec/STS/STP – Must have done 1 project on VPN 2-3 Subnets.
Must have ARM Template Creation – at least one project or must have knowledge about ARM Template and Deployment thru ARM
Scripting knowledge on PowerShell / Azure CLI– must know the commands
Resource Deployment thru ARM. (VM, Storage and other resources)
Azure Monitoring – must have worked on (Monitoring Agents and Dependency Agents)
Knowledge and Expertise on
Windows JOB/Alerts, Kusto Queries, SQL Queries, SSRS, SSIS Package Deployment,
Azure/AWS Calculator, Azure/AWS Security, Azure backup Restore, Azure Web App Deployment
ADF – End to end configuration of Azure Data Factory, Application Gateway, Log Analytics,
Configuration of email solution, mail server etc.,
PowerBI Gateway, PowerBI Report Server Deployment
Monitoring System Performance using Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK), Prometheus and Grafana
Understanding of Cyber security principal and practices

Qualifications
· BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Information Technology / Computer Science Engineering.
Azure certification on Infrastructure Solution.
Experience: 15+ years with minimum 7 years of experience in cloud solutions
Travel: 30 to 40% of time
