Job summary
The ACES Program Manager role is an innovative, results driven professional with solid people skills and a strong continuous improvement background. They will be tasked with building and enhancing continuous improvement within Amazon’s Advertising Operations. This role brings together the tools of Lean, Six Sigma, technology, and Amazon’s customer-obsessed culture, to drive continuous customer experience improvement.

Key job responsibilities

Drive & foster a culture of continuous improvement
Provide Strategic vision for the program by identifying & prioritizing where & how we adapt & invest
Building & managing the road map in alignment with and support of the Ring Customer Support vision
Identify & capture KPIs to measure process quality & productivity, providing meaningful feedback to the technology & business teams
Raise business teams’ ability to develop & execute daily, weekly, and monthly action plans that positively impact quality & neighbor experience
Work with team members at all levels to develop & lead the continuous improvement strategy across multiple global sites
Champion Standard Work based on Lean principles & dive deep to understand variations
Mentor and develop site managers & their teams on Lean, and Six Sigma methodology and tools
Provide leadership on project selection, scope, definition, & performance to ensure alignment with business strategy
Collaborate & communicate with other global leaders on best practices, internal & external bench-marking, talent development, programs of study & knowledge sharing
Lead Kaizen, Gemba, & continuous improvement mechanisms to prioritize & execute discovery opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with key partners & stakeholders across the organization
Master’s degree related to Process Engineering, Organizational Behavior, or Business Transformation
5+ years’ experience in a Customer Service business
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
Strong ability interpreting & communicating analytics and presenting to senior leadership
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
